🎯 Requirements

5–8+ years in Product Operations, PM, TPM or related hybrid role.
Proven ability to manage planning cadences, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
Experience in management consulting or strategic ops roles.
Skilled communicator able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable with ambiguity; distill incomplete information into actionable plans.
Data-driven; uses metrics to guide prioritization.
