Handle incidents and drive post-incident improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience designing multi-region infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform).
Experience with modern CI/CD frameworks.
Operate with high autonomy and plan 3-12 months.
Deep understanding of observability, SLOs, and automated remediation.
Track record mentoring senior engineers and influencing standards.
Experience modernizing initiatives to improve performance and reduce costs.
