- Experience managing cloud resources (AWS/Azure) via code.
- Experience with IAM or OIDC/OAuth2 flows as main entry point.
- Prioritize developer experience; clear CLI error messaging.
- Deliver incremental work with ownership and accountability.
- Extra Points: PostgreSQL, Kubernetes controllers, Terraform providers, gRPC.
