Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build internal tools to reduce friction for engineering teams.
• Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure, scalable and efficient.
• Create reusable patterns and templates to enforce good defaults.
• Build release tooling for confidence and control over code shipping.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement lasting solutions.
• Contribute to architecture shaping how 200+ engineers build software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, release engineering, dev tooling, or related.
• Produce production-quality software; internal tooling as a product; Go/Python.
• Deep CI/CD experience (Buildkite, GitHub Actions); extend/build on top.
• IaC with Terraform; cloud (AWS or GCP).
• Design/build agentic workflows to automate the software delivery lifecycle.
• Outcome-driven; measure impact; comfortable with ambiguity.
