Senior Physical Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as primary on-site security point for Singapore office; own daily physical security ops.
• Monitor and manage access control, visitor management, and badging; flag anomalies.
• Lead first-response on security incidents; document findings and escalate to NYC team.
• Support access provisioning/deprovisioning with IT; focus on high-risk joiners.
• Provide physical security data for insider threat investigations.
• Coordinate with building management and local vendors to maintain security standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in physical security, corporate security, or loss prevention.
• Hands-on with access control, video surveillance, and visitor tools.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; clear incident reports.
• Professional maturity handling sensitive personnel matters.
• English fluency; Mandarin/Cantonese a meaningful plus.
• Singapore citizen or PR strongly preferred.
