Create customized pharmacy strategy and cost-effective solutions.
Lead vendor strategies: procurement, contract negotiation, vendor mgmt.
Use analytics to identify cost savings and waste; address FWA.
Coordinate with internal PSG experts on custom projects.
Support clients with customized clinical programs (PA, Formulary, Utilization Management).

🎯 Requirements

7+ years PBM, specialty pharmacy, large-employer exp.
Strong verbal/written communication and client mgmt.
Experience presenting to corporate executives.
Develop strategies and implement pharmacy programs.
Strong analytical skills incl. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Travel up to 25%; Pharmacy degree required; MBA preferred.
