- Assist junior team with complex queries, provide training and guidance
- Deliver high quality, fair, compliant service; uphold data protection standards
🎯 Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience in motor claims across multiple third party functions
- Experience handling complex high value claims up to £100k
- Knowledge of Large Loss triggers
- Experience dealing with liability and quantum disputes across the OIC, MOJ, and PAP
- Experience helping others with training, coaching and process improvement
- Desirable: performance management in line with KPIs and SLAs
