📋 Description

  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok for multiple markets
  • Monitor daily performance; optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency
  • Test creatives, audiences, and placements with the creative team
  • Build and maintain campaign reports and creative performance analysis
  • Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting across markets
  • Collaborate with Creative and Global Marketing teams to localize campaigns

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing / paid media
  • Proven Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale
  • Campaigns across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
  • Able to work independently in a remote async environment
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Nice to Have: Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscriptions
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4)
  • Nice to Have: Experience with local or regional ad platforms beyond Google and Meta
  • Nice to Have: Experience managing influencer campaigns
