- Monitor daily performance; optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency

- Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting across markets
- Collaborate with Creative and Global Marketing teams to localize campaigns
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing / paid media
- Proven Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale
- Campaigns across multiple markets or regions
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
- Able to work independently in a remote async environment
- Professional English proficiency
- Nice to Have: Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscriptions
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4)
- Nice to Have: Experience with local or regional ad platforms beyond Google and Meta
- Nice to Have: Experience managing influencer campaigns
