  • Develop and execute data-driven paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and Reddit.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy: targeting, creative briefs, ad trafficking, analysis, and optimization.
  • Build full-funnel programs and run experiments to improve CPA and ROAS.
  • Localize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada with language and market relevance.
  • Scale campaigns across multiple platforms and partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive growth.
  • Present performance insights to leadership and inform strategy roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Paid Social across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV; Reddit a plus.
  • Experience managing paid social budgets for Mexico and/or Canada; regional media understanding.
  • Built campaigns in platform-native tools: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads.
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS/B2B, familiar with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Trafficking ads, tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and first-party data.
  • Data-driven, ownership mindset; strong collaboration and communication; Bachelor's degree.
