- 5+ years in Paid Social across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV; Reddit a plus.
- Experience managing paid social budgets for Mexico and/or Canada; regional media understanding.
- Built campaigns in platform-native tools: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads.
- Experience with high-growth SaaS/B2B, familiar with Salesforce and Marketo.
- Trafficking ads, tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and first-party data.
- Data-driven, ownership mindset; strong collaboration and communication; Bachelor's degree.
