- Own Direct Mail strategy for HELOC, incl audience targeting, creative, testing, ops
- Build offline growth channels (OOH, TV, brand testing)
- Manage and optimize millions in annual spend; accountable for ROI and impact

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or analytics-driven marketing
- Experience owning end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy, testing, and analysis
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI or P&L
- Experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments (A/B, incrementality)
- SQL, Looker, or similar tools to analyze large datasets
