📋 Description

  • Own Direct Mail strategy for HELOC, incl audience targeting, creative, testing, ops
  • Build offline growth channels (OOH, TV, brand testing)
  • Manage and optimize millions in annual spend; accountable for ROI and impact
  • Partner with ML/DS teams to improve targeting models
  • Design testing frameworks (incrementality, geo-lift, A/B) to evaluate performance
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and growth opportunities
  • Develop playbooks to reach underserved HELOC segments and use cases
  • Collaborate with Product, Eng, Analytics, and Creative to scale performance
  • Communicate strategy and performance to leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or analytics-driven marketing
  • Experience owning end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy, testing, and analysis
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI or P&L
  • Experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments (A/B, incrementality)
  • SQL, Looker, or similar tools to analyze large datasets
