- Own and scale paid media across search, social, display, and retargeting.
- Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns: strategy, budgeting, targeting, optimization.
- Run data-driven experiments on messaging, creative, landing pages, and channel mix.

- 6+ years in performance, demand gen, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) from strategy to optimization.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and partners.
- Independent, fast-moving, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and test ideas.
- Experience testing and scaling new channels, programs, growth opportunities.
