  • Own and scale paid media across search, social, display, and retargeting.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns: strategy, budgeting, targeting, optimization.
  • Run data-driven experiments on messaging, creative, landing pages, and channel mix.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Web to align messaging and follow-up.
  • Communicate results and investment recommendations clearly to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance, demand gen, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) from strategy to optimization.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and partners.
  • Independent, fast-moving, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and test ideas.
  • Experience testing and scaling new channels, programs, growth opportunities.
