Senior Performance Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Build international performance marketing strategy across brokerage and crypto.
• Own country-level CAC, LTV, and payback by channel.
• Develop measurement approaches for channel incrementality in EU and UK.
• Partner with data science and vendors to design tests for CPA and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative and legal teams on country messaging aligned with regs.
• Work with product marketing to design channel journeys and experiments to improve conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in performance/growth marketing in fintech or data-driven finance.
• Experience launching and scaling paid acquisition in Europe and other international markets.
• Experience designing experiments including A/B tests and multi-touch attribution.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven budget allocation and exec-level recommendations.
• Familiarity with SQL and large datasets.
