📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end performance of paid media, with LinkedIn as primary channel.

  • Report performance with insights into why it happened.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience owning paid media for a B2B SaaS company, focused on pipeline.
  • Hands-on LinkedIn paid social: audience strategy, creative testing, architecture, budget management.
  • Proven track record of improving paid performance over time.
  • Experience with image, carousel, and video ads; partner with design to turn insights into campaigns.
  • Bias toward experimentation; comfortable testing new channels and ad formats.
  • Clear communicator who turns data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
