- Proven track record of improving paid performance over time.
- Experience with image, carousel, and video ads; partner with design to turn insights into campaigns.
- Bias toward experimentation; comfortable testing new channels and ad formats.
- Clear communicator who turns data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
