  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and regional platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance; optimize CAC, conversions, and efficiency.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships; plan campaigns on Instagram/YouTube.
  • Test new creatives and audiences; collaborate with creative teams.
  • Create monthly campaign reports and insights for growth forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Social, and Paid Media teams to localize for APAC.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Native in Korean and fluent in English
