- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Native in Korean and fluent in English
