  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Experience with performance creative and a data-driven approach.
  • A strong portfolio showing thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity.
  • Comfort interpreting performance data to inform pivots (MotionApp a plus).
  • Experience collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
