  • Own and enhance the Workday Benefits and Compensation module.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Open Enrollment configurations end-to-end.
  • Build, modify, and optimize custom Workday reports.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Finance, and others to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
  • Scope and prioritize Workday releases
  • Partner with developers and vendors to enhance Workday integrations, troubleshoot issues, and improve benefits data flows

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience at global companies.
  • 4+ years in Workday Benefits configuration.
  • 2+ years configuring core HCM.
  • Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration.
  • Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM in US and International locations.
  • Experience writing and validating test scenarios for implementations and enhancements.
