- Configure and support core People systems (HRIS) for onboarding, performance, and benefits.
- Build automated workflows for onboarding, changes, approvals, and reporting.
- Deploy AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent routing in People processes.
- Partner with People Ops, IT, and Finance to scale processes and data flows.
- Monitor data quality and enable reliable downstream reporting.
π― Requirements
- 4+ years in HRIS administration or HR tech roles.
- Hands-on AI-enabled solutions design/deployment (bots, automation) for HR.
- Hands-on experience configuring at least one HRIS or People system.
- Knowledge of onboarding, data management, benefits, compliance, and performance processes.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Strong analytical skills: building reports and dashboards.
