  • Configure and support core People systems (HRIS) for onboarding, performance, and benefits.
  • Build automated workflows for onboarding, changes, approvals, and reporting.
  • Deploy AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent routing in People processes.
  • Partner with People Ops, IT, and Finance to scale processes and data flows.
  • Monitor data quality and enable reliable downstream reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in HRIS administration or HR tech roles.
  • Hands-on AI-enabled solutions design/deployment (bots, automation) for HR.
  • Hands-on experience configuring at least one HRIS or People system.
  • Knowledge of onboarding, data management, benefits, compliance, and performance processes.
  • Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills: building reports and dashboards.
