- Primary administrator for Boulevard’s People systems (HRIS) and integrations.
- Maintain and optimize system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Replace fragmented/manual processes with scalable People tech.
- Partner with IT and vendors for enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Support implementation and integrations of People tech solutions.
- Build scalable infrastructure at the intersection of People ops, data, and systems.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in People Ops, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR systems administration.
- Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS integrations/EORs such as Remote.com and Deel.
- Strong analytics with People data and building dashboards/reports.
- Maintain data accuracy and governance across multiple systems.
- Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, or process improvements.
