📋 Description

  • Develop and analyze workforce data to identify trends across recruiting, retention, and engagement.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses (attrition, hiring funnel, compensation, engagement drivers).
  • Build statistical analyses across the employee lifecycle to surface insights for decisions.
  • Deliver actionable quarterly reporting translating complex data into executive-ready insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable automated dashboards.
  • Establish consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, Economics, or related.
  • 5–7 years in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HRIS Analytics.
  • Experience modifying/implementing People systems (Greenhouse, Paylocity).
  • Advanced Tableau/Power BI/Looker data visualization.
  • Strong executive dashboards and data storytelling.
  • Knowledge of core People processes (recruiting, compensation, performance, engagement).
