- Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and integrations.
- Create training and documentation for people system enhancements.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with ATS configuration and admin.
- Broad HR tech knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting.
- Familiarity with onboarding, performance, compensation cycles, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Adaptability and a team-player mindset in dynamic environments.
