  • Manage organizational structure changes for hierarchy accuracy and change management.
  • Act as SME for Deel People modules, including ATS and Payroll.
  • Advise stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and integrations.
  • Create training and documentation for people system enhancements.

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with ATS configuration and admin.
  • Broad HR tech knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, performance, compensation cycles, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Adaptability and a team-player mindset in dynamic environments.
