🎯 Requirements

5+ years in HR systems, HRIS management
Deep HR process and workflow expertise
Workday specialist; experience with Greenhouse, Lattice, People Insights
Strong analytical skills; data accuracy focus
Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and data privacy
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Project management; handle multiple initiatives
