  • Administer and maintain HRIS (Workday) with data integrity and reliability.
  • Lead Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting.
  • Manage user access and privacy to ensure security and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Identify HR process improvements and streamline workflows with HRIS.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

  • 5+ years in HR systems with HRIS management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows; translate requirements to HRIS solutions.
  • Proficiency with Workday; familiarity with Greenhouse, Lattice, People Insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and data security.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration across teams.
