- Proficiency with Workday; familiarity with Greenhouse, Lattice, People Insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; data accuracy.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and data security.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration across teams.
