- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting
- Communication: Translate technical topics into clear business language
- Mindset: Adaptable and team-player in dynamic environments
- Global Experience: Global experience in a multinational is a plus
- Product Focus: Bonus for HR product development or SaaS transitions
