  • Experience: 5+ years in HRIS config/administration incl LMS, performance, surveys
  • Technical Knowledge: Broad HR tech incl integrations, data flows, reporting
  • Process Familiarity: Onboarding, performance, compensation, compliance
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting
  • Communication: Translate technical topics into clear business language
  • Mindset: Adaptable and team-player in dynamic environments
  • Global Experience: Global experience in a multinational is a plus
  • Product Focus: Bonus for HR product development or SaaS transitions
