- Self-starter with bias for action; identify root causes and solve.
- Kindness, boundaries and clear expectations underpin a high-performing culture.
- Experience using Slack, Notion, HiBob, Deel and adopting new tools.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across timezones.
