Senior People Programs Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute core talent and performance programs (cycles, reviews, surveys) with timelines.
• Own process communications, including manager guidance, timelines, and reminders.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports for actionable People insights.
• Run engagement and inter-department surveys; data quality audits and action planning.
• Support rollout of feedback, recognition, and career frameworks; reduce friction.
• Contribute to AI fluency frameworks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with People teams to support program execution and live cycles.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, data quality, and consistency.
• Surface risks and insights; escalate with proposed improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in People Programs, Talent/Program Management in fast-paced env.
• Experience executing performance reviews, talent reviews, promotions, feedback, surveys.
• Strong project management; juggle timelines and stakeholders.
• Data-savvy; comfortable with dashboards to spot issues and drive adoption.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative; partner across People teams and leaders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity; adapt programs as needed.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools to improve quality at scale; prior is a plus.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Psychology, HR, L&D, Organizational Development, or related field.
