- 4+ years in People Programs, Talent/Program Management in fast-paced env.
- Experience executing performance reviews, talent reviews, promotions, feedback, surveys.
- Strong project management; juggle timelines and stakeholders.
- Data-savvy; comfortable with dashboards to spot issues and drive adoption.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative; partner across People teams and leaders.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity; adapt programs as needed.
- Interest in AI-enabled tools to improve quality at scale; prior is a plus.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in Psychology, HR, L&D, Organizational Development, or related field.
