- Skilled in coaching, facilitation, influencing at different levels.
- Love building scalable, thoughtful people processes.
- Willing to say the hard thing and speak up.
- Passionate about solving problems creatively and principled.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Comfort with tools; willing to learn Radford, Workday, Lattice, Notion.
- Have fun while doing all of the above.
