  • Act as strategic HR partner to executives across Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
  • Diagnose issues with HR expertise and provide creative HR solutions.
  • Advise on performance, employee relations, leveling, and org development.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10+ years in a people-facing HR role, 2+ as HRBP, preferably at high growth firms.
  • Skilled in coaching, facilitation, influencing at different levels.
  • Love building scalable, thoughtful people processes.
  • Willing to say the hard thing and speak up.
  • Passionate about solving problems creatively and principled.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Comfort with tools; willing to learn Radford, Workday, Lattice, Notion.
  • Have fun while doing all of the above.
