- Advise Eng and Security leaders on org design, planning, and operating rhythms.
- Diagnose org health (structure, talent distribution, engagement) and actions.
- Partner through changes like reorganizations and leadership transitions.
- Coach leaders on performance, feedback, accountability, and culture.
- Lead end-to-end performance processes and talent reviews.
- Identify retention risks and develop practical improvement plans.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years HRBP/People Partner experience with Eng and/or Security.
- Strong US employment practices and employee relations knowledge.
- Experience supporting global, distributed teams (US/EMEA).
- Expertise in org design, workforce planning, and coaching leaders.
- Data fluency with metrics; Excel/Google Sheets proficient.
- Familiar with HRIS systems and standard People tools.
