  • Advanced UK employment law knowledge; handle complex ER independently.

  • Pragmatic, principles-led approach; decisions in ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills; use data to inform people strategy.
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent (nice to have).
  • Experience mentoring within a People team (nice to have).
