🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years HR, incl. 4–5 years as HRBP for senior leaders in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Direct experience supporting GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, CS).
  • Experience partnering with G&A functions (Finance, Legal, Operations).
  • Strong HR fundamentals: employee relations, performance, compensation, and employment law.
  • Curiosity with AI and ability to propose AI use cases.
  • Data-driven: pull and present people analytics.
