π― Requirements
- 8+ years HR, incl. 4β5 years as HRBP for senior leaders in a high-growth tech environment.
- Direct experience supporting GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, CS).
- Experience partnering with G&A functions (Finance, Legal, Operations).
- Strong HR fundamentals: employee relations, performance, compensation, and employment law.
- Curiosity with AI and ability to propose AI use cases.
- Data-driven: pull and present people analytics.
