π― Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong strategic HR partner with ability to work with executives.
- Expertise in organizational design, change leadership, employee relations, and compensation.
- Data-driven with analytics experience to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of HR regulatory environment (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
