📋 Description

  • Serve as primary People Partner to leaders in Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Advise on org design, headcount planning, team structure, and change management.
  • Surface themes, risks, and opportunities early; propose options and actions.
  • Build trusted relationships with managers and employees; be a go-to partner for candid conversations.
  • Lead core People cycles (performance, calibration, compensation, engagement) with timelines.
  • Coach managers and employees through complex situations; navigate conflicts while preserving trust.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner or HRBP experience.
  • Experience supporting Product, Engineering, IT; Marketing/Finance exposure a plus.
  • Experience with fully remote or distributed teams; comfortable operating asynchronously.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions/levels without formal authority.
  • Comfortable with HR systems (Rippling, Lattice, Awardco) and data-driven decisions.
