🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner or HRBP experience.
- Experience supporting Product, Engineering, IT; Marketing/Finance exposure a plus.
- Experience with fully remote or distributed teams; comfortable operating asynchronously.
- Proven ability to influence across functions/levels without formal authority.
- Comfortable with HR systems (Rippling, Lattice, Awardco) and data-driven decisions.
