🎯 Requirements

  • Senior HR generalist or People Partner with full lifecycle experience.
  • Strong performance management and employee relations capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment law, awards and HR policies.
  • Proven coaching of managers on conduct and performance.
  • Designing and embedding people processes and policies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
