π― Requirements
- Senior HR generalist or People Partner with full lifecycle experience.
- Strong performance management and employee relations capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment law, awards and HR policies.
- Proven coaching of managers on conduct and performance.
- Designing and embedding people processes and policies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
