Own end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, promotions, leaves, offboarding
HRIS management: data accuracy and leadership reports
Contracts & documentation: employment contracts, amendments, HR files
Payroll & benefits administration: payroll processing, health insurance, benefits
Compliance & policies: US labor law, DSN, leave rules

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in People Operations
US employment law familiarity
Payroll experience in US
Operational excellence: detail-oriented and organized
Strong perspective on modern People practices and AI
Fluent in English
