📋 Description

  • Execute complex employee lifecycle cases with policy interpretation.
  • Coordinate operational compliance activities, including audits and remediation.
  • Partner with HRIS to design Workday testing strategies and risk validation.
  • Investigate complex discrepancies across global people systems; root-cause analysis.
  • Perform advanced data extraction, manipulation, and validation for KPIs.
  • Prepare datasets and documentation for audits and strategic reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or related HR function.
  • 3+ years hands-on Workday experience, including transaction review, audit trail analysis, effective dating, end-to-end process understanding, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.
  • Experience executing compliance-related work, audits, or risk-sensitive operational activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pulling, cleaning, manipulating, and validating datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to support documentation, audit materials, and communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Workday configuration concepts.
  • Experience with ADP and/or Jira in a People Operations context.
  • Experience partnering with People Systems / HRIS, Payroll, Finance, or Legal.
