🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or related HR function.
- 3+ years hands-on Workday experience, including transaction review, audit trail analysis, effective dating, end-to-end process understanding, and issue troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.
- Experience executing compliance-related work, audits, or risk-sensitive operational activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pulling, cleaning, manipulating, and validating datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to support documentation, audit materials, and communications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Workday configuration concepts.
- Experience with ADP and/or Jira in a People Operations context.
- Experience partnering with People Systems / HRIS, Payroll, Finance, or Legal.
