- Support benefits across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, leaves, wellness).
- Provide timely, empathetic benefits support via HR Service Desk, Jira, email, Slack.
- Maintain accurate benefits records across HRIS, vendors, and internal docs.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and data discrepancies.

- 3-5 years in People Operations/HR ops; 1+ year benefits experience.
- Knowledge of US benefits programs (health, retirement, COBRA, ACA, leaves, wellness).
- Experience using HRIS/HCM platforms.
- Experience supporting employees with empathy and discretion.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, reports, audits, reconciliations, and data validation.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
