🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years hands-on HR/People Ops experience across full lifecycle.
  • Experience with at least one modern HRIS (Workday preferred).
  • Strong data privacy, audits, and compliance knowledge.
  • Proven ability to map, document, and improve processes; create SOPs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience supporting contingent workforce programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting, BI tools for HR insights.
