Senior People Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own HR administration end-to-end for assigned regions - contracts, salary amendments, promotions, parental leaves, relocations, absences - ensuring full legal compliance.
• Drive onboarding and offboarding for employees with accurate lifecycle changes.
• Manage payroll inputs and outputs with providers (Accace, Deel) ensuring data accuracy.
• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers in your regions, answering HR queries with speed and care.
• Maintain BambooHR as the source of truth for employee data and keep records clean.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, Workplace Experience and other People sub-teams in our tightly integrated operating model.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in HR / People Operations; onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and payroll coordination in a multi-country environment.
• Hands-on payroll operations experience; comfortable with Deel and Accace.
• Track record of working independently; owns work and meets deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR systems; BambooHR experience is a strong advantage; any modern HRIS counts.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international environment; can navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+); availability to work 2 days minimum from the Bratislava office.
