- Serve as first contact for employee and manager inquiries about People programs and Workday.
- Support lifecycle events: hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, terminations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for a seamless employee experience.

- Perform regular audits and data quality reviews for Workday and connected systems.
- Maintain Workday data accuracy and assist with security and access maintenance.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, Finance, or related field (or equivalent)
- 4+ years in People Operations/HR Ops/HRIS
- 2+ years hands-on Workday experience
- Experience in complex, multi-unit orgs with international staff
- Experience processing employee transactions and maintaining Workday data
- Experience performing EIB data loads and mass updates
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Workday knowledge
