🎯 Requirements

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets for HR reporting and metrics
- Proven ability to document processes with SOPs and knowledge bases
- Attention to detail with employee data accuracy and compliance
- Experience with audits or compliance in public company or gov contractor contexts (a plus)
