  • Execute day-to-day HRIS transactions (job changes, transfers, benefits, LOAs, separations)
  • Primary Dayforce power user; first point of contact for HRIS issues
  • Maintain accurate employee data across systems; perform regular audits
  • Onboarding handoffs and post-Day 1 HRIS setup (benefits eligibility, job data)
  • Create and update end-user training materials and guides
  • Support rollout of new features and promote Manager Self-Service adoption

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 4-6 years in HR Operations or People Systems
  • Hands-on HRIS experience (Dayforce or comparable)
  • Benefits administration, Open Enrollment, or ACA experience
  • Experience with payroll and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workflows
