π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 4-6 years in HR Operations or People Systems
- Hands-on HRIS experience (Dayforce or comparable)
- Benefits administration, Open Enrollment, or ACA experience
- Experience with payroll and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workflows
