📋 Description

  • Own and manage the employee lifecycle across geographies with accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for employee inquiries; provide policy, benefits, and leave guidance.
  • Support employee relations by coordinating docs and advising next steps with People team.
  • Support benefits and total rewards, including enrollments and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems; support reporting and audits.
  • Regularly review and operationalize policies to stay current and compliant.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6+ years in People Ops or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, benefits, relations, and compliance.
  • Strong judgment, ownership, and independent decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
