🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–6+ years in People Ops or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, benefits, relations, and compliance.
- Strong judgment, ownership, and independent decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
