  • Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and docs confidentially
  • Support onboarding and offboarding: docs, equipment, access
  • Process HR changes: role changes, leaves, terminations in HR systems
  • Collaborate with payroll and total rewards for timely payments
  • Answer employee questions on HR policies and benefits
  • Maintain HR databases, data integrity, and regulatory compliance

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven HR Admin/HR Ops/Shared Services experience, preferably in tech
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob desirable)
  • Experience supporting US and Europe employees
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
  • Knowledge of employment laws and global HR practices
