- Proven HR Admin/HR Ops/Shared Services experience, preferably in tech
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob desirable)
- Experience supporting US and Europe employees
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
- Knowledge of employment laws and global HR practices
