- Experience managing People-related compliance audits, including planning timelines.
- Working knowledge of data privacy for People data, including GDPR requirements and data retention.
- Ability to translate legal/regulatory requirements into clear process or system requirements; use metrics to monitor controls.
- Experience partnering with Legal, People BPs, Total Rewards, and People Tech & Analytics.
