  • Manage end-to-end Europe employee lifecycle (pre-boarding to off-boarding).
  • Act as primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR/People Ops in multi-country/European context.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • HRIS experience (ADP or Workday); comfortable with Google Workspace / MS Office.
  • Knowledge of European HR practices and GDPR.
  • Strong attention to detail; organized with good time-management.
  • English fluency; second European language preferred.
