  • Respond to HR policies, procedures, and benefits inquiries with clarity.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Proven experience in HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations (ideally in tech).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob desirable).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
