📋 Description

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, changes, and documentation management
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and resources for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
  • Assist benefits administration, enrollments, and life events
  • Serve as a primary contact for benefits questions and People Ops support
  • Support leave tracking and escalate issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • Hybrid work: 2-3 days/week at HQ in Durham, NC
  • Familiarity with People Operations processes and HR basics
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience maintaining/updating records in systems/databases
