📋 Description

  • Act as HRBP for assigned business units
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits, payroll, and policy governance
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned units
  • Manage workforce planning and lifecycle: onboarding, performance, offboarding
  • Ensure timely hiring and positive candidate experience
  • HR reporting and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR generalist or HRBP roles
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with HR data, payroll inputs, and compensation matters
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for HR data
