📋 Description

  • Drive Tier 2 employee transactions in People Ops.
  • Manage and audit Workday data loads and records.
  • Serve as secondary contact for employee escalations.
  • Generate and analyze Workday reports to support decisions.
  • Proactively improve HR processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with the broader People Team regionally and globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR/People Ops or HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience processing diverse HR transactions.
  • Strong HR practices knowledge for Southeast Asia.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS is a must.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese; able to handle confidential information.
