  • Serve as the primary People partner to leadership and employees
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define, execute, and track Knackโ€™s People strategy
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling best practices
  • Own and evolve performance management, including goals, feedback, and reviews
  • Coach managers on performance, development, and complex team dynamics
  • Support and manage employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in HR or People Ops, including a senior generalist role
  • Experience in startups or SMBs; remote/distributed teams strongly preferred
  • Strategic and tactical with strong operational and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership experience
  • Experience working part-time or in fractional roles is a plus
