- Serve as the primary People partner to leadership and employees
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define, execute, and track Knackโs People strategy
- Advise leadership on organizational design, team effectiveness, and scaling best practices
- Own and evolve performance management, including goals, feedback, and reviews
- Coach managers on performance, development, and complex team dynamics
- Support and manage employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5-8+ years in HR or People Ops, including a senior generalist role
- Experience in startups or SMBs; remote/distributed teams strongly preferred
- Strategic and tactical with strong operational and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership experience
- Experience working part-time or in fractional roles is a plus
