Counsel on retention, engagement, and performance; conduct investigations when needed
Develop and adapt regional People programs to ensure compliance and culture

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in People roles; global People Partner model (EMEA/LATAM)
Expertise in multiple EMEA countries; Portugal labor codes
Experience mentoring HR professionals
Present HR data clearly to leadership
Strong collaborator in a one team environment
Travel to regional sites quarterly
